The Effects of Staging

Staging a property can mean the difference of having it remain on the market and finding a willing buyer.  You may ask, what is the point of staging?  Is it really as effective in selling the property as everyone thinks?  Well yes and no.  If done properly you are providing an atmosphere to the living space that was not there originally.  You want to open the space and create a seamless flow through the space.  This flow lets the potential buyers envision how their home may look.  Remember, our senses and feelings are mainly what guide us to purchase a property.
