This building, which is owned by father-and-son developers Jerry and David Wolkoff of G&M Realty, is soon to be replaced by a pair of luxury high-rises. These buildings will be located right by the water. It is a prime location for the new high rises due to the increasing amounts of business professionals choosing to live out of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Plans seem to be underway with the recent covering up of the graffiti a couple days ago.
Despite some anger from the graffiti artists that contributed to the art on the sides of the building plans are moving along. Soon rental units at market value will be in there place.
